Tutoring centers are located in multiple locations on campus.  Many of our services are peer led and provide an opportunity to connect with another student who found success in the same subject. Group, drop-in, individual, and online appointments are available for undergraduate students.

Services & Resources

Peer Tutors provide support for over 250 subject areas. Tutors are available at drop-in sessions, group sessions, scheduled online meetings, and individual appointments at the SMART Learning Commons centers.

MCAE Academic Support provides one-with-one peer tutoring in math, science, writing, languages, and more! Sessions are available in person and online.

APARC supports Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) students in their college experience and personal development.  APARC Peer Tutoring aims to develop academic skills and confidence of AAPI students to thrive in the classroom and campus community.  Peer tutor support is available in multiple subjects including math, science, and writing. Tutors are available on a drop-in basis, and by appointment.

SELS is an on-campus service that offers free, 45-minute consultations to international undergraduate students to help develop their English skills. During a consultation, students can work with trained consultants on any English language skill, including reading, writing, speaking, listening, pronunciation, and cultural adaptation.
