The Academic Success Centers are made up of many departments across the Twin Cities campus. Each department hires undergraduate students in a variety of positions such as desk aides, tutors, writing tutors, peer-assisted learning facilitators, online tutors, research tutors, and media project assistants. Employees are supported both as students and as professionals by connecting training and job experiences to the University of Minnesota's Student Learning Outcomes and Student Development Outcomes.
