Remove Distractions
Close unnecessary browsers and apps. If your phone is not needed, silence notifications and place it out of reach. Most often low or no background noise improves reading, memory, and recall. It may also help to create visual cues for other people that indicate when you are studying.
Be Prepared
Gather everything you’ll need to study: books, technology, notes, paper, pens/pencils, water, snacks, etc.
